1.5 ozs. DonQ Cristal

1 oz. Lime juice

.5 oz. Premium Triple Sec

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve.

Cool o’ the Evening

1 mint sprig
2 ounces DonQ Cristal
.25 ounce fresh lemon juice
.5 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar

Crush the mint in the bottom of a shaker. Add rum, lemon juice, and sugar, and pack it with a handful of ice. Wait until the mixture gets cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with mint.
