Cool o’ the Evening
1 mint sprig
2 ounces DonQ Cristal
.25 ounce fresh lemon juice
.5 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar
Crush the mint in the bottom of a shaker. Add rum, lemon juice, and sugar, and pack it with a handful of ice. Wait until the mixture gets cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with mint.
