DonQ Coquito Cocktail Recipe

• 2 cans (30 oz.) coconut cream
• 12 oz. DonQ Coco
• 6 oz. DonQ Anejo
• 8 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
• 6 oz. heavy cream
• 6 oz. nut liqueur
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. nutmeg

The Coquito is the Puerto Rican version of eggnog. Give it a shot at a party—you’ll love it, and so will your guests.

Mix all the liquids together in a punch bowl and add sugar or honey to your liking. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg, and let it sit in the fridge to cool for about an hour. Pour, sip and enjoy.

DonQ Holiday Fizz Cocktail Recipe

• 2 oz. Don Q Limón
• 3 thin cucumber slices
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. ginger syrup
• 2-3 large blackberries

Muddle all ingredients except the blackberries together. Shake, pour, garnish with the blackberries, and enjoy. Splash some club soda on top just before serving.

Raspberry Basil Fizz Cocktail Recipe

• 5-6 fresh raspberries
• 5-6 basil leaves
• 1 oz. lavender syrup
• 1.5 oz. DonQ Cristal rum
• a splash of Ginger Ale

Mash together the raspberries, basil leaves, and raspberry syrup. Add the DonQ Cristal to the mix. Shake well, strain over ice, and enjoy. Preferably with friends.

DonQ Holly Berry Highball Cocktail Recipe

• 5 fresh cranberries
• 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger)
• 1 heaping tsp. agave nectar
• 1.5 oz. DonQ Cristal rum
• 1 oz. sparkling wine or champagne

Mash the cranberries, pumpkin spices, and agave nectar together. Add the Don Q Cristal and shake well. Fill your glass with ice, strain the mix over, and add the champagne before serving. Garnish with cranberries, stir well and enjoy!

We were happy to help them with their launch, along with Tito’s Vodka, by providing some funds and some free booze in exchange for some ad space and chatter on the social webs.

It turns out, generally, the ladies prefer a guy that is in some way larger than they are. And while this isn’t exactly rocket surgery, it’s still pretty interesting. …Especially if you filter the ladies by location. The sample size is pretty low after the filter, but nevertheless, it appears that skinny boys do better in the northeastern states.

We’re posting some new content today to LadyData. We’ve gathered responses from 95 ladies to the following questions; each lady selected an answer from a multiple-choice list, and each answer comes with some commentary. Should be interesting.

We’ve found that, almost unequivocally, it’s totally cool to ask someone out that you see very frequently. It’s probably true that you share more with the people you ride the subway with than with most people—considering you both chose the same general place to live and the same general place to work—so hey, why not make a new friend?
